  • Columbia Cemetery (also known as “Pioneer Cemetery”) has been an important part of Boulder’s heritage since its establishment by the Masonic Columbia Lodge #14 in 1870. While the cemetery has historically been the burial ground for some approximately 6,500 interments, it is presently owned by the City of Boulder and managed by the Parks and Recreation Department. -- Historic Boulder

    Meet the Spirits, was an annual event held here where actors portrayed the past historic figures interned here, not quite sure if they do it anymore. Park like surroundings make this a very interesting place to visit. The historic nature is well worth the visit.
